Richard Jones, Chair of the Board

Richard has a background in health and social care, having held Executive roles in both local government and the NHS, and as a senior civil servant with the Department of Health. In recent years, Richard has spent time working on integrating health and care services in Greater Manchester.

Karen Ainsworth, Vice Chair

Karen manages Smile Mediation, a social enterprise which is based in South West Burnley which provides specialist training, coaching and mediation services.

Anne Coates

Anne Coates has worked in the NHS for over 33years as Nurse, Provider and Commissioner of services at a Senior Executive and Board level. More recently Anne has been an Independent Health care Management consultant working across a wide range of health and social care providers.

Graham Elliott

Grahame Elliot qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1962 having been articled to a very small firm. Grahame then joined what is now KPMG in Manchester for five years. Actively involved in charities and education, Graham was founding Chairman of Acorn Recovery Projects.

Andrew Henderson

Andrew leads, inspires and guides people, boards and businesses to phenomenal success. With a background in procurement and supply chain management, he rose to Commercial and then Managing Director during his previous 21-year tenure at a leading North West IT company.

Mushtaq Khan

Mushtaq is Managing Director of Think Inclusive, a consultancy working on equality, strategy and inclusive leadership. He was recently a Director at Jigsaw Group and has worked at senior level in local authorities for over fifteen years. Mushtaq is committed to ensuring that disadvantaged communities have access to housing, employment and training opportunities.

Sharon Livesey

Sharon has worked in both the public and private sector property services industry for over 28 years, currently working as Head of Property Operations for Liberata UK Limited. She has also worked as an independent consultant providing expert property advice to clients.

Lynn McCracken

A qualified solicitor, Lynn brings a wealth of experience of governance and social housing, having been: Group company secretary at Riverside Group, board member of Manchester Mind, a non-executive director at Airedale NHS Foundation Trust, and Chair of the NHF Governance Forum.

Georgina Nolan

Georgina has worked within social housing sector for over 15 years holding a number of roles; Georgina is currently a Project Lead at New Charter Group. Georgina’s work has focused heavily on strategic planning, project management, performance management, communications and business transformation.

Michelle Pilling

Michelle is Deputy Chair of NHS East Lancashire Clinical Commissioning Group leading on Quality and Patient Involvement. An experienced healthcare professional with extensive operational and strategic management experience gained in health and voluntary sectors roles over the last 17 years.

Kelly Shaw

Kelly has an 18-year track record of working in executive and non-executive recruitment. Working across many professional disciplines within social housing, local government, central government, health, education and the charitable sector she began her recruitment career with KPMG.
